Tony Finbarr-Smith t/as SUPERFIT/Ramsbottom Yoga For Men

    • Class fees are payable in cash before the class commences unless directed otherwise.

    • No food or drink other than water/sports drinks to be consumed in the lesson.

    • Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the activity.

    • All jewellery must be removed before classes begin. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

    • Participants are expected to treat each other, members of staff, facility property and themselves with respect.

    • Part-lessons cannot be paid for, and if for any reason you have to leave before a lesson has ended we are
      not obliged to refund the remaining part lesson.

    • Once class has started, latecomers will not be permitted to join in, as they will not have warmed up
      properly, which can lead to injury.

    • Participant/Guardians must report any pain or injury to the class tutor/instructor at the beginning of every
      lesson.

    • Any fitness routines taught or displayed at SUPERFIT (including our website) are copyrighted property. This means you can NOT demonstrate them elsewhere without prior written consent.

    • Whenever deemed necessary the management reserves the right to change class tutor/instructor without prior notice.        

    • Places are limited, if you are absent you will lose your place unless you have advised us of your absence.

    • We reserve the right to withdraw participants from classes if their behaviour gives cause for concern, their actions become an issue with regard to the health and safety of themselves/other students and/or they
      bring the group’s reputation into disrepute.                         

    • Complaints should be directed to Tony outside of the class times.

    • We recommend that you seek the advice of a medical professional before starting any new physical
      exercise regime to be sure you are suitable to participate.

    • By participating in classes you understand that it is at your own risk, and while every effort is made to reduce any risk, if you do not follow the directions given by the instructor there is a risk of injury. During the classes we will encourage you to push the limits of your capabilities, but it is up to you stop when you feel pain or discomfort, and to report it to the instructor who will give further guidance.                

    • These terms may be updated without notice or consultation, with the most recent terms being available to view upon request at any class and at www.getmesuperfit.com/terms                    

    • By attending and participating in classes it is deemed that you understand and agree to abide by these terms.

    • Liability Waiver: DDP Yoga/Yoga For Men classes may involve strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to, Yoga positions, interval training, muscular strength, endurance training, cardiovascular conditioning and aerobic training. To take part in the class, participants should be in good medical condition and not suffer from any known disability or condition that would prevent or limit participation in the class. Enrolment and participation in the class is voluntary and in no way mandated by ‘SUPERFIT’. Participation in the classes therefore is on the understanding that if any injuries occur as a result of attendance, SUPERFIT and its instructors are released from any liability now or in the future for conditions that may be obtained from participation.
